Hair & Scalp Health
Let’s understand your hair.
And care for your scalp.
Hair changes can feel personal. Start with an assessment of your concerns, scalp condition and hair-loss pattern, so your next steps are informed by your individual needs.
Understanding comes first
There is more than one reason for hair loss. The right starting point is understanding the pattern and possible cause—not choosing a treatment before an assessment.
What brings you here?
Changes worth talking about.
Gradual thinning
A wider part, less fullness through the crown or a changing hairline may develop over time.
Increased shedding
Noticing more hair in your brush or shower? Your health, medications and recent changes can be relevant.
Scalp concerns
Itching, flaking, tenderness or patchy loss may need medical assessment before cosmetic treatment.
Sudden or patchy hair loss, a painful or inflamed scalp, or possible scarring should be assessed by a GP or dermatologist. We may recommend a referral before proceeding.

We offer individual and combination appointments. Your assessment helps determine whether any of these options are appropriate for you.
Combining treatments does not guarantee a better result. Expected benefits, limitations, risks and alternatives are discussed before treatment.
-
A light-based scalp appointment that may form part of an individual treatment plan. Some low-level light devices have evidence for pattern hair loss, but results depend on the device and treatment protocol.
Benefits reported for other hair-loss devices cannot be assumed for every LED system. We discuss the role and limitations of the equipment used in your appointment.
-
Scalp microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries. It may be considered alongside other treatments for certain types of hair thinning; evidence is stronger for some combination approaches than for microneedling alone.
This appointment includes LED. Suitability depends on your scalp condition and the cause of hair loss. Temporary redness, tenderness and irritation can occur.
-
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is prepared from a small sample of your own blood to concentrate platelets, then injected into selected areas of the scalp. It may improve hair density in some people with pattern hair loss, although response varies.
Assessment is required before treatment. A course and maintenance may be discussed where appropriate. Possible effects include tenderness, bruising and swelling; infection is also a risk. Treatment proceeds only when suitable.
-
This appointment combines PRP, controlled scalp microneedling and LED. PRP and microneedling may be considered together as part of a plan for certain forms of hair thinning.
The added benefit of this exact combination is not established for everyone. Your consultation covers whether combining procedures is appropriate, alongside the risks, recovery and likely need for ongoing care.
-
Your listed appointment combines scalp microneedling, a topical exosome product and LED. Exosomes are small particles released by cells; products marketed under this name differ in their source, preparation and composition.
Evidence for hair-loss treatment remains preliminary, and long-term safety and benefit are not established. The exact product, its permitted use and suitability for application with microneedling require review before this service is offered.
-
Your listed combination includes PRP, scalp microneedling with a topical exosome product, and LED. It should not be presented as more effective simply because it includes more components.
The additional benefit and long-term safety of adding exosomes to this combination are not established. Product-specific regulatory and clinical review is needed before offering or publishing this service.
